Guide: Posting Jobs, Theses, and Events
If you are affiliated with a company, institute, laboratory, or other organization and are looking for driven students enthusiastic about technology in healthcare, our opportunity board is an excellent way to reach this audience. The board is moderated, ensuring that your listing will appear once it has been approved.
Posting Guidelines
To ensure the best experience for our diverse community, all postings must be written in English.
Steps to Create a New Listing
- Optional: Log In for Selected Partners
- If you are part of our selected partners program, use your institution’s account to log in and manage existing listings.
- To join the program, contact us via our contact form.
- Fill Out Required Fields To ensure consistency in our job board, all the following fields must be completed. Incomplete postings cannot be approved.
- Job Title: Provide the title of the position. For research theses/projects, include either the project title or a paraphrased description. The job type (Intern, Working Student, Thesis, Research Project, Event) will be added later.
- Location: Specify the city where your institution is located.
- Job Type: Select the category that best fits your listing. Multiple job types can apply to one listing but be concise. (Do not select both Thesis and Research Project for the same posting, if you are looking for a doctoral student.)
- Description: Provide a detailed description of the listing. Include the starting date, expected end date, and required application documents. If applicable, add information on funding.
- Application Email/URL: Enter the email address or URL applicants should use to contact you. If using an external application page, provide the link instead of your email.
- Company Name: Use the full English name of your institution (e.g., Ludwig Maximilian University instead of LMU).
- Logo: Upload a quadratic logo of your institution (optional but recommended).
- Preview and Submit
- Press preview to see your listing. If everything looks correct, submit your listing.
After Submission
- Review Process: Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed and, if approved, it will be visible for 60 days here. This duration prevents clutter and ensures that only active opportunities are displayed.
- Extending Listings: If you have a partner account and the position remains unfilled after 60 days, you can extend the listing.
- Mark Filled Positions: If your listed position has been filled, please contact us to mark it as such and remove it from the pool.
